Details

Web.de currently distributes a custom Firefox, with a userbase of several million users, in Germany. They need an official build. They want to modify - bookmarks - search engine - homepage - first run page - new tab page - Help menu - Selection context menu - Other stuff - installer
I need a contact at Mozilla Corp which can tell me what exactly is allowed and what is not. They have a wishlist which I'd like to get certainty for.
