When "Show window contents while dragging" is disabled in WinXP, Firefox's resize behaviour is inconsistent depending on which control (window border or status bar resize handle/grip) is used.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Disable showing window contents on move/resize (WinXP: Control Panel > Display Properties > Appearance > Effects... > Show window contents while dragging)
2.Resize Firefox window via corner of window border (any of four corners) - window contents are not updated during resize
3.Resize Firefox window via status bar resize handle/grip (bottom right) - window contents are updated during resize
Actual Results:  
The resize behaviour is inconsistent; resizing from window border respects window manager option while resizing from status bar handle/grip does not.

Expected Results:  
Resize behaviour should be consistent across controls

i can confirm this issue with Gecko 1.8.1, 1.9.0, .1, and .2.
but it works on trunk (1.9.3). actually it is already been fixed in
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.3a1) Gecko/20100208 MozillaDeveloperPreview/3.7a1.

John, you can test a recent trunk build from
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-mozilla-central/
in a new profile (https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Managing+profiles) and see if it is fixed for you too.
