QA: I don't think it's critical to spend a ton of time on this, but for completeness sake, these are the rules for a collection to show up in this list:


- user must be logged in
- collection is not synchronized (ie. generated from the add-on collector)
- user is an admin or publisher of the collection
- collection's application matches the current APP in the URL (eg. /firefox/)
- current add-on is not already in the collection

2.Under "Add to a Collection",notice all the collections listed in the drop-down box
3.Go to https://preview.addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/collections/mine

observed behavior:
User has created two collections-"collection_name123" and "Hot add-ons " but only "Hot add-ons" is listed in the drop-down box in the add-on detail page

additional info:
-User is logged in
-The add-on is not already in the collection-collection_name123
