In order for us to develop and test the Jetpack SDK localization API (bug 549315), we would need to have a publicly-accessible labs test server on which we can set up a reference implementation of the server-side application that serves localizations to addons from a common pool of translations.
The reference implementation (a recent version of which is in bug 549315, attachment 439655 [details]) is being developed via the same technologies as FlightDeck (and the new version of AMO): Python with Django. So the same kind of setup as for FlightDeck should work just fine for this app.

Once this is set up, can a domain name like l10n.mozillalabs.com be configured to point to it? Eventually the domain name may need to be something else (like l10n.addons.mozilla.org), but initially we should host this on the mozillalabs.com domain.

Just a basic VM, ready and config details emailed to :myk
Weave is taking up too much of my time, otherwise I'd have installed the ref. implementation for you. :)
