Details
From within the browser at the URL specified above (or anyone with commas in the file name), if I choose the "Send Page" menu option, the new message appears with multiple attachments with invalid names, rather than just one proper attachment. It appears to split up the original name where the commas appear in the original URL.

I had the same problem with http://www.zdnet.com/tlkbck/comment/221/0,7721,99134-590646,00.html... the "Attachments" window shows a series of fragments: www.zdnet.com/tlkbck/co... 7721 99134-590646 00.html and I got a series of dialogs, after I clicked send, saying that attachment http://00.html (for instance) failed, and did I want to continue sending?

looks like we either forget to escape the url or to put it between double quote before transfering it to the compose window! Comma is use as a parameter separator by the compose window.
