Please be more specific, indicate some steps to reproduce, otherwise it is more or less impossible to fix the bug. And do really submit the picture? I don't see it in the bug now.
Closing as incomplete, if the reporter can provide more info about what the problem is this could be reopened. The clean install directions at http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic+troubleshooting can reset Firefox to a fresh install state. This can resolve many common issues.
