If the tab is active while loading the PDF, the content is displayed normally. But if you switch tabs or the tab is not active while loading, then the content is black. The problem is gone with dom.ipc.plugins.enabled set to true.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. leave dom.ipc.plugins.enabled false (default)
2. open a PDF file in the browser using appropriate plug-in
3. switch tabs *optional*
Actual Results:
Everything is black. Control elements become visible after you move the mouse over them. PDF content (page) becomes visible when scrolling.

Expected Results:
opposite - no missing elements, all visible

I use Foxit Reader v3.2.1.0401 + plug-in v1.0.1.1117.
Nvidia driver 197.45.

3.6.5pre built from http://hg.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla-1.9.2/rev/aa6fbe509ca6
Attached image pdf loaded - all black
