Mozilla trunk build 101108.
1.) Click on debug, viewer demos, and pick something.
What happens: The file called for does not exist. For example, select Debug,
Viewer Demos, Images. This file is called - resource:///res/samples/test2.html,
but it does not exist.

if you use the installer, this is going to happen. We don't package the debug
stuff in the installer builds.
The only solution to this bug is removing these items from the UI, but we'd have
developer revolt if we did that. So, making wontfix.
