pre-condtion : Make sure on your Fx browser -> Preferences -> Content -> Enable JavaScript is enabled

1. go to support stage
2. go to the Firefox forums, <https://support-stage-new.mozilla.com/en-US/forum/1>
3. click on 'Ask a new Question' link, <https://support-stage-new.mozilla.com/tiki-ask_a_question.php?forumId=1>

Actual result:
The non-JavaScript form loads

Expected result:
The JS form should pop-up
Status: NEW → RESOLVED
Closed: 14 years ago
Resolution: --- → DUPLICATE
Verified duplicate; this works for Vishal and I, now.
