As for me, I cannot use Fx for viewing PDFs online (a message 'Could not launch Acrobat appears'). So I download PDFs with wget and only then open via Acrobat Reader. However, the message 'Could not launch Acrobat' occurs on *much* more regular basis than crashing.

Chris, is this bug OS=Mac only because of your browser? because crashes are all windows ... http://crash-stats.mozilla.com/query/query?product=Firefox&version=ALL%3AALL&date=&range_value=4&range_unit=weeks&query_search=signature&query_type=exact&build_id=&process_type=all&do_query=1&query=nsPluginHost%3A%3ASetUpPluginInstance%28char%20const*%2C%20nsIURI*%2C%20nsIPluginInstanceOwner*%29 and no crashes containing another sig, searching on shorter nsPluginHost::SetUpPluginInstance
Severity: normal → critical

It is #25 top crasher in 5.0b2 over the last 3 days. Maybe related to bug 519752.

I'm marking this bug as WORKSFORME as bug crashlog signature didn't appear from a long time (over half year) [except some obsolete <13 versions, no crashes starting since 13 version].
