Details

The following line from may violate numbers plural forms in languages others then English:

2002=Mailbox %1$S, imported %2$d messages.

See mail/locales/en-US/chrome/messenger/wmImportMsgs.properties 

It is not correct in English when there is one imported message only.
We don't import messages only settings. cc'd Mark, he may know of these things and blocked Bug 561562.
