User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; fi; rv:1.9.2.3) Gecko/20100401 Firefox/3.6.3
Build Identifier:

When user enters IDN URL that is not whitelisted he/she will get that not so user friendly nor undestandable conversion of the IDN URL into punycode. This is fine and all but to increase user's awareness perhaps the Larry could be used to indicate potential security problem by lighting the background of Larry to yellow and giving user possibility to get explanation of the issue on-line.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open IDN URL that is not whitelisted (such as www.åkrene.com)
2. Check what is the URL
3.
Actual Results:
URL is turned into punycode, no explanation available to the end user.

Expected Results:
URL is turned into punycode, Larry glows yellow, link to localized help page is provided.
