tbpl should tell me how long previous builds took (in tooltips)

Frequently when I'm looking at builds, I want to know how long builds are generally taking. I can get an ETA of current builds, but that isn't always accurate and there aren't always current builds running.
Clicking on each completed build gives me the start and end time of that build, but its a pain to work out, and it is something that the tinderbox display would give me a feeling for very quickly (or within one-click per build).
Therefore I propose that the tooltip for completed builds be extended, so rather than:
Debug build was successful
you'd get:
Debug build was successful (34 mins)
