Add a bookmark with a percent-encoded character in the URL (like an apostrophe/single quote). Give that bookmark a keyword. When you type the keyword in the address bar, the resulting page has the character encoded twice ("%2527" for the apostrophe example).

"http://www.quickarmory.com/?n=%s&r=Ner'zhul" as the original URL becomes "http://www.quickarmory.com/?n=<query>&r=Ner%2527zhul"
Summary: Keyword bookmarks with percent-encoded characters → Keyword bookmarks with percent-encoded characters are encoded twice
Version: unspecified → 3.6 Branch
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:25.0) Gecko/20130725 Firefox/25.0

Does not reproduce anymore in latest Nightly (buildID: 20130725030212). If this is reproducible for anyone please reopen this issue.
