Note: This is due to the patch in bug 561675

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to www.google.com
2. Click on the favicon to open the site panel
3. Click on "Save Page as PDF"

Actual Results:
The default location is under "/". When I save, I can't access the file under the file manager, but have to go to the terminal. Also, I cannot save a new folder to save the PDF to.

Expected Results:
The PDF should be saved to the same folder as Downloads by default.
