Since 2000-10-09, new icons for the Mailnews 3pane, Modern theme have been
checked in. At least one of those for the thread pane seems to be too high. Half
of the threadpane is now whilespace -> less msgs fit in the same screenspace.

The new icons were 3px too tall. Thanks for pointing that out, Ben! This is
now fixed.

It's still one pixel too tall. Will attach screenshot. For comparison, I copied
a part of the buggy verison over the old version (2000-10-03). Zoom in to see
the difference. REOPENing.
