My concern is, I have installed Testopia and then I tried to get product list from bugzilla, It gives me above error.

Can you give me more details? What is the call you are making? This is XMLRPC correct?

Yes, It's. I'm looking for get_accessible_products and it looks under Testopia.

Hi,
While trying to fetch Product details from Bugzilla, we use "get_accessible_products", If end user has not installed Testopia then It works great but as soon as end user installed Testopia, we get "extensions::testopia::lib::Testopia::WebService::Product) at
/usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.8/SOAP/Lite.pm line 2545"
