If ppc 10.4 is improved, solaris will be the slowest build by about 10 minutes.

Currently it builds:
* DebugDebugger
* ReleaseDebugger
* Debug
* Release-wordcode
* Release

If we're only going to build one wordcode build, DebugDebugger would be best (most code coverage acheived)

Assuming we can't make the machine go faster or add hardware, I would reccommend we only build these two configurations:  DebugDebugger, Release.  The others should be done nightly or in the deep phase, whatever makes sense.

Correction: it will be slowest by about 2 minutes, not 10.  still worth working on though.

564174 -> compilation phase speed improvements
563917 -> test phase speed improvements
