This regressed between nightlies 2010-04-22-14 and 2010-04-23, so it's probably a regression from bug 551378 and friends. Play http://pearce.org.nz/video/big_buck_bunny_427x240.ogg and when the video reaches 4s, a green line down the right hand side of the video is clearly visible. This happens on at least on Windows 7 and Linux x86.

We're not actively supporting Ogg/Theora. People who want royalty free video should use WebM VP9/Opus. So WONTFIX.
