1. Go to http://www.pagetutor.com/keeper/http_authentication/index.html
2. Tap on 'My Secret Stuff ' link
3. Rotate to portrait mode

Actual Results:  
Authentication dialog is cut off on the right side (screenshot)


Expected Results:  
Authentication dialog should be re-rendered to fit the screen width

The dialogs style has been reworked and the automatic resizing too.

If you mean today's build: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux armv7l; en-US; rv:1.9.2.5pre) Gecko20100430 Namoroka/3.6.5pre Fennec/1.1b2pre ... it's still visible there.

The patch landed in the mozilla-trunk nightly, not the mozilla-192 nightly.

Here is the way Fennec looks after rotating to portrait on a mozilla-trunk build. We are likely moving the functionality to mozilla-1.9.2 builds too.
