56292 - Conflicting alt-r in Setup Type screen.

WinNT commercial build. 2000-10-12-08-MN6.
1. Run the installer.
2. Press Next.
3. Press Accept.
4. In Setup Type screen, notice that both "Recommended" and "Browse" buttons use 
alt-r shortcut.
Result: If you press it, it will open 'browse'. But if you switch radio buttons 
and then press alt-r (or R), it will hilite Recommended, but not select the 
radio button.
Expected: Unique alt keys for all buttons.

per the above 10/16 comment, this is also happening for the Mozilla build. So 
let's leave this bug open.
