Remora only: The tag page uses search, and search expects the collections JS code to be around. This needs to be implemented differently on Zamboni, but for Remora I fixed it in r67100.

There is a bug on this page that we see the blue button besides the sort options(which should be visible only in JS-disabled view).But it is remora and will be hopefully fixed in zamboni.So, I am marking this Verified.
