I doubt it, as there is no Mozilla product carrying a separate ‘file’ label for OS X in any locale. Nevertheless, what product are you exactly talking about, and where (and where not) should this be different, according to you?
The dutch translation can't use different translation for file in OS X.

Maybe file the issue on the i18n component? Because I can see how this is an issue (albeit not one we can fix).
