You must have the multi locale build installed. To reproduce: - Go to Options->Settings - Click on the Languege select - Click Done Expected results: No restart notification should appear, because nothing has been changed. Actual result: A restart notification appears. Actually, it seems the notification appears already before you've clicked on the Done button.
