1. Go to http://omegle.com
2. Start a text chat
3. Open tabs strip and check thumbnail

Actual Results:  
Thumbnail should be representing actual state of the page


Expected Results:  
Thumbnail is representing initial state of the page

IMO this is the same bug in the sense that it means the thumbnail should update depending on page content
