A ⎠ character extends past the top of a tab.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Include a '⎠' character in the title of a webpage

Actual Results:
The character passed the top of the tab.
Expected Results:
Not sure... maybe hidden everything past a certain point.

Can't clearly see if it extends past the top of the tab, but it at least reaches the top of the tab.
