Split Solaris test run across two machines.  If work is roughly even across two machines and approximately halves the sparc test time, we can shave ~ 18 mins off total build time.

Attachment: buildbot config changes

- add second SPARC build slave, compile phase new machine will just do the setup steps (clone and setup)
- run smokes
- split up the SPARC test phase between 2 machines


Previous test phase time: 77.75m

solaris-sparc test phase time: 49.30m
solaris-sparc2 test phase time: 36.78m

Time savings: 28.45m
