We do not need to be compiling and running full code coverage on every build that we make. Move the linux code-coverage work to the linux deep phase build slave. Currently the linux build slave spends almost 3 minutes compiling the code coverage shell in the compile phase, and an additional 17+ minutes generating code coverage results in the test phase.
Summary: [buildbot] Move code-coverage compilation and measurement to deep phase → Move linux code coverage to deep phase, saving 20m in test phase for linux builder
