This is to track:
1) Add talos-r3-fed-{041...050}.build.mozilla.org to staging and production
master configs. They will all run in staging first, but we should keep 5 in
staging, and move rest to production when ready.
2) Add all to graphserver.

talos-r3-fed-041,42,43,49,50 are imaged, wired up, and now online.
044-048 still being imaged.

044-048 now imaged, cabled and racked. I manually tweaked the buildbot.tac files as puppet still points new slaves to the wrong/old master.
All now online and accepting jobs.
