circumstance:few tabs in window.Problem:if I scroll downloading tab,it open in new window,although I don't like that.After that everything work normaly

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open few tabs
2.click on one of them/or scroll while it downloads
3.the tab open in other window
Actual Results:  
opening tab in new window,without my wish

Expected Results:  
download tab in that window,where it place,not anywhere else

You're probably seeing Bug 225680.
My guess is that you dragged the tab outside the tab bar.
