STR:

1. Load any detail page of an add-on, say, https://next.addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/8585/ (make sure it doesn't exist in https://next.addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/collections/edit/61e048ee-84d1-7167-d47e-44d2df9493ec) -- I can add you to that collection if you need access
2. From https://next.addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/8585/, try to publish that add-on to the "hot add-ons" collection
3. When the AJAX is done, you'll get a link to the "hot add-ons" collection, and that'll be a 404.
