When hovering near the awesomebar's favicon logo a tooltip appears with identity information. bugzilla.mozilla.org displays 'verified by equifax' for instance. On sites that do not provide identity information the message is 'This website does not supply identity information', this tooltip obscures bookmark folders and does not fade away, it is very difficult to drag a url into any folder near the left of the awesome bar.

The URL above contains a screenshot of the problem, you should also be able to hover over the left of the awesomebar to replicate.

I did find a site describing a work around http://www.kensfi.com/how-to-disable-the-annoying-this-web-site-does-not-supply-identity-information-pop-up/

A better location for this tooltip, or allowing interaction with lower layers beneath the tooltip would be nice.

I wouldn't mind doing further research or footwork to help out in fixing this, just point me in the right direction.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://safetytrick.com/
2. Attempt to drag the url to a bookmark folder beneath the favicon
3. Sometimes the tooltip shows up slowly so this problem doesn't show up.
Actual Results:
Several folders were obscured and wouldn't accept dropping a url on them.

Expected Results:
The tooltip should fade away or be positioned differently.
On Linux I think this is bug 482070
You are right, geez, I searched directly for This website does not supply identity information and came up with Zarro Boogs. Thanks!
