The new FF 3.6.4 doesn't work well with Bing Video which is Silverlight based.
Repro steps:
1. Browse to video.bing.com
2. Click on a video and start to play it
Video doesn't play.

FWIW, I can't reproduce this issue, but I'm having trouble finding a video on bing.video.com that's Silverlight and not Flash.

I've seen this issue before in both VMs and hardware machines in Win7, but in trying to confirm the steps to reproduce I get my environment into a state where it works consistently.
The steps seem to involve using Fx 3.6.4 and a Silverlight installation for the first time. I'll try to find steps to reproduce, but here's a link with Sivlerglight content:

Well, right now I can reproduce this problem 100% on my hardware machine. If I use the same profile but with a 3.6.3 build, the videos there play fine. 3.6.3plugin1 isn't working either. Adding blocking flag.

I'm almost positive this is a direct dup of bug 559760
