bit of a strange signature that jumped in volume yesterday.  could be a single or couple of users with repeated crashes on 3.6.4

yeah, the time of client crash and time of processing the data all look suspicous.  most of the crashes occurred within a half hour starting around 16:28 and time since last crash on all those reports seems myseriously \Null
