Following bug 564162, migrating (e.g. first start) from Outlook Express (and maybe Outlook), will put the imported mail in a sub-folder of Local Folders.

This isn't ideal, but can't really be fixed until bug 564767 is fixed.

i thought it was rather handy in so far as not mixing in with existing mail.

Outlook Express import code was removed a few years ago
