Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.uninstalled new version 2.installed older version 3.older version crashed 4.spent days looking for information
try first http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode create a new profile http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Managing+profiles and if that doesn't help provide a crash ID https://developer.mozilla.org/en/How_to_get_a_stacktrace_for_a_bug_report
