I don't know know how freecause toolbar got installed. When I right click in the toolbar area it gets listed as a possible toolbar and when checked space for a toolbar is there but nothing else is displayed. It does not show up as a plugin or an extension.

This bug was reported using a pre-release version of Firefox 4. Now that Firefox 4.0.1 final has been released, can you please update and retest your bug? A fresh profile would be a good starting place to test,
