Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open few tabs (3-4)
2. Minimize your fennec window (you should get to the dashbord)
3. Try tapping few times on 'X' close button

Actual Results:  
Fennec shows multiple OK/Cancel dialogs on top of each other, background is getting less and less transparent(screenshot)


Expected Results:  
Fennec should maximize itself to allow a proper closure, new OK/Cancel dialogs shouldn't appear (especially they don't contain any useful info)
