Fennec on Windows currently displays a console window during launch and won't close it until you exit. There is, from what I can tell, no output, just a blank window

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Fennec
Actual Results:  
Two windows open: 1x console, 1x Fennec.

Expected Results:  
Only the Fennec window should open.
OS: Windows 7 → Windows XP
Status: UNCONFIRMED → NEW
Ever confirmed: true
I should probably note that debug output sent via dump() isn't shown here either.
