I am working on additions to the labs Contacts addon, Mike Hanson has already given me a go ahead to add my work. Andrew Sutherland will vouch. My level 1 access was granted in bug 562823.
I vouch for Shane. I own several exciting comm-central mail/mailnews modules, which, for whatever reason, we have not broken out in despot, but can be found here:

Anything more needed at this point?
The current policy doesn't mention sub-module owners. Since the definition of "sub-module" is a bit looser than that of "module", I'm not sure it should...

In any case, it would probably be best to have the module owner of the module you're requesting access to vouch. That's Mike Hanson, sounds like?
exciting sub-modules are better than real modules!

Mike Hanson, please vouch.
Yes, it would be great if Mike were to vouch.

The new policy has brought to the fore the question of who exactly owns what. Which is fair enough. I will bring it up with module-owners.

Gerv
i believe that i'm still module owner for all of the labs repos, as such a=cbeard for shane. we need to sort out ownership going forward and whether or not there are sub-modules for major projects ahead of productization.
Over to server-ops for scm_level_2 bitflip.
