Details

Currently we do:

-> load a resource, e.g. /
-> discover realm for resource
->     refresh AMCD for new realm
->         if status is unknown, execute sessionstatus
-> parse status header for /

The net result is that we will needlessly execute sessionstatus, because we were already given the status with the response for the first request.
