Change Secret Phrase Link screenshot
this is a different path then bug 563360. Change secret phrase link is broken and doesnt trigger any popups or webpages.

Repro:
1) install weave 1.3b5
2) go through weave setup wizard
3) Set up Firefox Sync > I'm already using Sync....
4) connect to a valid user/pass on firefox server . click continue
5) At Enter Secret Phrase screen, enter in garbage and click continue
6) The client error message appears, with a link to "Change Secret Phrase"
7) Verifying clicking that link does nothing
Expected:
- Change secret phrase link should pop up a dialog to change the phrase, i think.
Actual:
- no client behavior
