Build Identifier: Not responding so cannot get , supposed to be latest version ....

I do not know if it is the software or the website, on pc over an hour and have not been able to use Firefox for 59 minutes of it .... on bar only report is (Not Responding)  Internet explorer working fine so not a pc issue.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.turn on pc
2. go to firefox
3.
Actual Results:  
nothing ... until I shut down the pc - turn off completely

Expected Results:  
Firefox to work and to be able to use

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.x or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
