Steps to Reproduce:
1.we select "seprated" from drop down relationship and (febuary ,23,1980 from date of birth

Actual Results:  
1.relation ship dropdown showin not say, and date of Birth drop down is showing (January,01,1815) which is by defaul selected. 

Expected Results:  
1. showing seprated on relationship dropdown & febuary,23,1980 on Date of Birth drop down.
