The end goal is always to have the staging site be as similar to production as possible...  in order to do this we should move the two Bugzilla staging sites behind the Zeus, cloning the config we just did for them in production.  This will also allow us to experiment on Zeus configuration without fear of breaking the production site.

For security purposes we should also move the backend servers for the staging site into vlan82 when we do this (they're in vlan74 at the moment).
