I believe this is similar to the missing echofon add-on from a couple of weeks ago

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/14218/
2. Install the add-on
3. Wait for error.
Actual Results:  
File is missing or has been corrupted on the mirror :(

Expected Results:  
Should download without any problems.

Got this on https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/201/ and https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/5890/ (Reproduced on extension 5890 using 3.6.3 on Ubuntu Linux (10.04)).
