Same problem as bug 537367? Read bug 301808 also.
Bug 301808 is apparently closed, on the assumption that the bug relates to Enigmail. I do not have enigmail installed. Otherwise my bug appears similar. Bug 537637 does appear to be the same as that reported here, although I haven't yet investigated the possible workaround suggested there. Sorry I did not notice the duplication earlier.

This doesn't seem related to Bug 537637 "Provide Tradition chinese language for Lightning" at all.

Bug I referred was bug 537367. He probably typed number instead of copy&paste. > Bug 537367 filter forward to another email not operate (psuedo account of "Local Folders", manual filter run) Ralph Alter(bug opener), please confirm Bug 537367 if your problem is same as Bug 537367 after some additional your investigations.
Same here. Using TBird 3.1.2 - Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.8) Gecko/20100802 Lightning/1.0b2 Thunderbird/3.1.2. Create a Local Folders rule with conditions: - Apply: After Classification - Match All - Junk Status IS Junk - Action: Forward to email address Result: Always returns Send failed. Manual forwarding works just fine. Purpose: To automate DSPAM training, but automatically forwarding all junk emails to a email alias. Thanks, Michael.
PS: Using Windows XP SP3.
It is not known here where Manual run works for the reporter. So we don't know if it is a duplicate.
Depends on: 537367
Ralph can you try to run the filter manually and report your findings here ?
I still get an immediate "send failed" error message.
Ralph? (In reply to Ludovic Hirlimann [:Usul] from comment #11) > Can we get a smtp log as described at > https://wiki.mozilla.org/MailNews: > Logging#Other_Protocol_Logging_options_within_MailNews ?
