Installing a persona then clicking "manage themes" in the drop down menu leads to about:addons extensions tab, instead of themes tab.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install a persona
2.Click "Manage themes"
3.
Actual Results:  
about:addons tab was open but showed extensions instead of themes.

Expected Results:  
opened the about:addons page with the themes tab.

Started happening since new addons manager landed on trunk.
