this page has an animated icon that is displayed in a tab and address bar. As stop button or escape key is pressed, should it stop the animation of the icon same as for a gif file which is in the webpage itself, etc?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to page
2.let it load
3.press stop button/escape key
Actual Results:  
the icon in the tab/address bar is still animated

Expected Results:  
animation should stop
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
