It's safe to abandon from nsresult as return value since DOMPointToHypertextOffset returns failure when something is really wrong, so we don't expect to get any failures. I'll leave warning to track possible failures. Also, during this clean up I noticed that CreateTextChangeEventForNode() is wrong when it handles inaccessible node removal, I'll file separate bug on this.
